Refund Policy

1. Try before you pay
Every plan starts with a 1-day free trial. Your card is added at signup but is only charged when the trial ends — use the trial to generate designs, edit, and export, and cancel before it ends if it isn’t for you.
2. All sales are final
Because you can fully evaluate PostSaaS during the free trial before paying, all payments are final and non-refundable. Once a charge is made — for a monthly or annual plan — it is not eligible for a refund.
3. Cancelling
You can cancel anytime in one click from your billing page. Cancelling stops all future charges immediately; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not pro-rate or refund unused time.
4. Renewals
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before your renewal date. Renewal charges are non-refundable, so set a reminder if you only want a single billing period.

Billing questions? Email support@postsaas.io from your account email with your workspace name and we’ll help — though charges remain non-refundable per this policy.
