Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating a PostSaaS account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use PostSaaS on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your workspace. Keep your login secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
4. Your content
You own the posts, brand voices, and assets you create in PostSaaS. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and publish that content to the channels you connect. AI-generated drafts are yours to edit, use, or discard.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use PostSaaS to publish unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content, to spam, or to violate the terms of connected platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Threads). We may suspend accounts that put the service or other users at risk.
6. Service availability and liability
We work hard to keep PostSaaS available, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. Connected platforms may change their APIs at any time. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
7. Changes and contact
