Do I need a credit card for the free trial?
Yes — a card is added and verified at signup, but you’re not charged during the 1-day free trial. It only charges when the trial ends, so cancel anytime before then and you won’t be charged. No watermark either way.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — every plan is month-to-month. Cancel in one click from your billing page and you won’t be charged again. Payments already made are non-refundable, so the free trial is there to make sure it’s a fit first.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes. Annual plans are 20% off month-to-month rates. The discount shows up automatically at checkout if you pick annual billing.
What is an AI credit?
Usage is metered in AI credits — 1 credit equals 1 AI generation (turning a prompt into a post’s designs). Editing, keeping, and scheduling the posts you make is unlimited; only the AI generation draws a credit. Starter includes 2,000 credits/month, Pro 5,000, and Growth 10,000.
What happens when I downgrade?
Your scheduled posts keep publishing through the end of the paid period. Brand profiles are preserved; AI features pause until you re-upgrade.
Is there a student or non-profit discount?
Yes — 50% off Pro for verified students and registered non-profits. Email hello@postsaas.io with proof of eligibility.
